Esther Sarto (b. 1992, Copenhagen) is a Danish visual artist. Her practice bridges the realms of street art, mural painting, and intimate works on paper. Initially emerging under the pseudonym Miss Take, she first gained attention for her large-scale public artworks before transitioning to smaller-scale pieces using watercolor and gouache as her primary mediums.

Sarto’s work explores the symbolic interconnectedness of all living things, both visible and unseen. Her figures often merge with natural elements, dissolving the boundaries between body and environment, dream and reality. Each composition functions as a quiet, poetic reflection on cycles of transformation, emotional complexity, and the delicate interdependence between humans and the more-than-human world.

Sarto has exhibited her work internationally, with murals and gallery shows across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, and has collaborated with publications such as Vogue Portugal and The New Republic.
